Why Dive Barbados in February?
February is an excellent month for scuba diving in Barbados. The island is enjoying its dry season, so days are generally warm, bright and comfortable, with calm conditions that make it easy to look forward to time on the water. Sea temperatures are pleasantly tropical, usually around 26°C, meaning most divers can stay in the water for a good length of time.
Visibility can be impressive, often reaching 20 to 30 metres and sometimes more on a calm day. That gives you plenty of opportunity to spot reef fish, coral formations and the larger marine life that passes through Barbados waters. Whether you are a first-time diver or an experienced enthusiast, February offers a reliable and enjoyable window for a scuba diving holiday.
