February Birdwatching
February is an excellent month for a birdwatching holiday in Barbados. The weather is usually warm, bright and pleasantly dry, making it comfortable to spend time outdoors with binoculars and a camera. There is also a gentle freshness in the mornings, when many birds are most active and the island feels wonderfully peaceful.
Barbados offers a rewarding mix of habitats in a compact area. You can move from gardens and woodland to wetlands and coastal scrub without spending hours on the road. That makes it easy to combine serious birdwatching with beaches, historic sights and relaxed evenings beside the sea.
