Why Visit Cuba in January?
January is an excellent time for Cuba nature holidays, with warm, comfortable days and much less humidity than the summer months. Across the island, daytime temperatures often sit around 25°C, making it easy to explore forests, wetlands and coastal landscapes without the intense heat of later in the year.
This is also one of Cuba’s driest periods, so walking, birdwatching and wildlife excursions are usually easier to plan. The evenings can feel pleasantly cool, particularly in the hills, so pack a light jumper as well as swimwear and sun cream.
