A Birdwatcher’s February
February is an excellent month for a birdwatching holiday in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The weather is generally warm, bright and pleasantly dry, making it comfortable to spend time outdoors from early morning onwards. With green hills, coastal woodland, gardens and offshore islands all within reach, the destination offers plenty of variety for both keen birders and curious beginners.
Saint Vincent is the main island for rainforest walks and forest birding, while the Grenadines add a different setting of dry scrub, beaches and small-island habitats. You can enjoy a relaxed holiday pace, combining guided birdwatching with swimming, sailing and local sightseeing. February also brings a welcome escape from the colder conditions in the United Kingdom.
