Pink Sand Beaches
January is a brilliant time to explore Bermuda’s famous beaches without the busy summer crowds. Horseshoe Bay is the obvious starting point, with its sweeping curve of pink-tinged sand, clear blue water and dramatic rocky edges. Arrive early for soft light and an almost empty shoreline, making it easy to capture the beach at its most peaceful.
For a quieter photograph, walk towards Warwick Long Bay or Jobson’s Cove. The smaller coves have a more sheltered feel, with pale sand, limestone formations and inviting turquoise water. Even in January, the light can be wonderfully clear, so bring a phone or camera that can make the most of the colours.
