Bermuda Instagram Spots

Caribbean Holidays, Bermuda Instagram Spots, Pastel-coloured buildings and bright blue sea along Front Street in Hamilton, Bermuda, photographed in soft February sunshine

Hamilton Harbour Views

February is a brilliant time to explore Bermuda with your camera. The island is quieter than in the warmer summer months, so you can enjoy its famous sights without busy backgrounds in every photograph. Mild days, clear light and fresh sea air make Hamilton an easy place to start your search for the best Bermuda Instagram spots.

Head to Front Street in Hamilton for a classic island scene. Colourful buildings line the waterfront, while ferries move across the harbour and pastel-painted roofs catch the afternoon light. Try a wide-angle photograph from the pavement, or frame the view through one of the nearby archways for a more distinctive image.

Caribbean Holidays, Bermuda Instagram Spots, Pink sand, turquoise water and dramatic rocky coastline at Horseshoe Bay Beach in Bermuda on a calm February day

Horseshoe Bay Beach

Horseshoe Bay is one of Bermuda’s most recognisable beaches and a must-visit for holiday photos. Its curved sweep of pink-tinged sand, turquoise water and rugged cliffs create a striking backdrop, even when the beach is peaceful and almost empty in February.

Walk towards the smaller coves at either end of the main beach to find different angles and interesting rock formations. The low winter sun can give the sand a warm glow, particularly in the morning or late afternoon. Take care near the water’s edge, as Atlantic conditions can be stronger in February than they appear from the shore.

Railway Trail Adventures

For photographs with a more natural feel, follow part of Bermuda’s Railway Trail. This former railway route passes through leafy woodland, quiet lanes and elevated viewpoints, revealing glimpses of the coast along the way. It is a good choice if you want to show a different side of the island beyond its beaches.

Wear comfortable shoes and allow plenty of time to stop. Look for winding paths, old stone walls and small openings in the trees where the sea appears in the distance. February’s cooler temperatures make walking much more comfortable, although a light jacket is useful when the breeze picks up.

Caribbean Holidays, Bermuda Instagram Spots, Historic pastel cottages, narrow lanes and a bright harbour in St George's, Bermuda, photographed during a sunny February morning

Historic St George’s

St George’s offers some of the most atmospheric Instagram locations in Bermuda. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the old town is filled with narrow lanes, historic churches and beautifully maintained buildings in soft pink, yellow and blue. The quiet streets are especially appealing for photography during February.

Take your time around Water Street and Duke of York Street, then look for details such as colourful doors, old shop signs and traditional shutters. Early morning gives you gentle light and fewer people, while later in the day brings warmer tones to the historic façades.

Caribbean Holidays, Bermuda Instagram Spots, White limestone steps leading to a blue ocean view at Gibbs Hill Lighthouse in Bermuda, with clear February skies

Lighthouse Island Views

Gibbs Hill Lighthouse provides one of the finest elevated viewpoints in Bermuda. After climbing the steps, you can see beaches, green hills and the surrounding Atlantic stretching towards the horizon. The view is impressive in February, when the air can feel crisp and visibility is often excellent.

Photograph the lighthouse itself from below before heading up, then use the railings or window frames to add structure to your view from the top. Check opening times before travelling, and keep your phone or camera secure if the wind is strong. With a little planning, Bermuda in February can fill your feed with memorable images and genuine holiday moments.
