Why Dive Curaçao in January?
January is an excellent time to enjoy scuba diving in Curaçao. The island is warm, bright and comfortably dry, with daytime temperatures usually sitting around 29°C. Water temperatures are also inviting, generally close to 27°C, so you can spend plenty of time underwater without feeling chilled.
Curaçao lies outside the main hurricane belt, which makes it a reassuring choice for a winter diving holiday. Sea conditions are often calm, visibility can be impressive and there is usually little rainfall to interrupt your plans. It is easy to see why divers return here year after year.
