Why Visit in March
March is an excellent time for a Caribbean city break in Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. The weather is typically warm, bright and pleasantly dry, with plenty of sunshine for exploring and relaxing. It is a particularly appealing choice if you want winter sun without the intense humidity found in some other tropical destinations.
Each island offers a distinctly different experience. Bonaire is relaxed and easy to explore, Sint Eustatius has a fascinating historical character, and Saba is a small, mountainous escape with superb walking routes. Together, the BES islands offer a memorable break that feels far removed from busy, crowded resorts.
