April in the BVI
April is an excellent time for an adults-only holiday in the British Virgin Islands. The weather is warm, the skies are often bright and the sea is invitingly clear, making it easy to settle into island time from the moment you arrive. With fewer family-focused distractions, couples and friends can enjoy a more peaceful break.
Temperatures usually sit around the high twenties Celsius, while refreshing trade winds help keep the heat comfortable. April falls within the dry season, so there is generally plenty of sunshine for days on the beach, boat trips and relaxed evenings outdoors. A light shower can happen, but it is rarely enough to interrupt your plans.
