Why Visit Curaçao in January
January is an excellent time to discover Curaçao if you want sunshine, warm seas and plenty to do outdoors. While much of Europe is wrapped up against winter, this Dutch Caribbean island enjoys daytime temperatures around 29°C, refreshing trade winds and inviting water for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
Curaçao is also one of the drier islands in the Caribbean, so showers are usually brief rather than disruptive. That makes January a reliable month for an active escape, whether you are planning a few carefully chosen excursions or filling every day with new experiences.
