Walking in January
January is an excellent month for a walking holiday in Grenada. The island is warm, generally drier than later in the year, and pleasantly breezy, making it far more comfortable for exploring on foot than the hotter parts of the afternoon might suggest. With average daytime temperatures around 28°C, you can enjoy active mornings followed by a relaxing swim or a quiet lunch.
Grenada offers much more than beaches. Trails lead through rainforest, spice plantations, fishing villages and hills with wide views across the Caribbean Sea. Whether you prefer a gentle coastal stroll or a more demanding climb, the island has plenty of variety for a rewarding January escape.
