Why Visit in February
February is an excellent month for a backpacking holiday in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The weather is generally warm, bright and pleasantly dry, with daytime temperatures sitting around 28°C. After the wetter months, the islands feel fresh and green, while the sea is inviting for swimming, snorkelling and boat trips.
This is also a lively time to travel. Carnival preparations bring music, colour and energy to local communities, and you may find small cultural events, live performances and friendly gatherings during your stay. February offers a good balance: there is plenty happening, but the islands still reward travellers who prefer quiet beaches and flexible plans.
