For a different feel, head towards the south coast and explore coves near Lance Aux Epines, or visit Bathway Beach in the north-east. Bathway has a more natural, spacious setting and views towards the offshore reefs. Conditions can vary, so take local advice before swimming, particularly on the island’s Atlantic-facing side.
