Why Dive Bonaire in May?
May is an excellent month for a scuba diving holiday in Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. The weather is warm, the sea is inviting and the islands offer a rewarding mix of easy shore dives, dramatic walls and lively reef life. With fewer visitors than during the busiest winter period, you can often enjoy a more relaxed pace above and below the surface.
Bonaire is particularly well known for independent diving. Many sites are close to the coast, and the calm conditions make it simple to plan several dives in a day. Visibility is often impressive, while the warm water means a lightweight wetsuit or rash vest is usually all that is needed for comfort.
