Wander through the old town to see Danish colonial buildings, old warehouses and the historic 99 Steps. The streets are filled with jewellery shops, independent boutiques, cafés and restaurants, so it is easy to mix sightseeing with a leisurely lunch.

The waterfront is particularly enjoyable in April, when cruise ships and sailing boats add energy to the harbour.
